I have a 1991 Baja Islander 204 & I need to replace the original canvas cover. I've heard that acrylic covers such as Sunbrella are the best. I'd like a custom fit cover but, unfortunately Baja says that they "threw away" the patterns for them long ago. Does anyone
have experience/recommendations WRT semi-custom covers ? Any manufacturers/suppliers to recommend. I'd like a cover that fits pretty well, is trailerable, & costs less than $400.00 if possible.

Take the boat to a boat canvas shop. They can build you a new cover. $400
might be on the low side by about 200.
