I need somebodys help
I bought a Godfrey Aqua Patio 240PE IO Pontoon boat in June of 97
I have had to replace the pontoons 7 times because they fill up full of
water as a result the boat has been in dry dock 85% of the time
I have had a marine structural engineer look at the boat and he says
the pontoon structs were not desiged properly. A flaw that Godfrey Marine
has since corrected on thier newer models which I do not benefit from.
I have written to Godfrey and they basically told me to stick it up my ass
I have been in contact with the Arizona Attorney General office and they
are investigationg
What I need help on is: Has anybody had the same problem as I have and what
Godfrey do about it as I cannot afford to sue a big company like Gofrey
Marine

- I've seen your post several times over several days now. If you are new to

check yours to be sure it came through right, it appears to disappear.
Multiple postings of the same thing over and over is considered impolite in
