Does anyone know what if any seminars will be going on at the fred hall show in
Long Beach for boat fishing? Anyone have a schedule or know where to find one?

Drop by and say, "HI!" -- The Fred Hall Fishing Tackle and Boat Show will begin on
Wednesday, March 4th and run through Sunday, March 8th. Once again this year Amigos de Baja will be
sharing a booth with the oldest and most respected Baja travel club, the Vagabundos Del Mar. We will
have a "real time" connection to the web site on display, and will also be selling our newest "Amigos de
Baja" T-Shirts -- be one of the first to get yours! If you plan to attend this year's show at the Long Beach
Convention Center, drop by and say hello. The following special guests will be at the Vagabundos/Amigos
booth:
March 4th: Inshore fishing expert and renowned Baja author Gene Kira (King of the Moon and
co-author of The Baja Catch). Also, Tom Waters, editor of Saltwater Sportsman, staff illustrator/writer
for Western Outdoor News, Western Outdoor and South Coast Magazines.
March 5th: Jim Kuhn, Baja author, photographer and adventurer will be autographing his beautiful
photographic account of Baja in his new book, Baja California - Land of Contrasts.
March 6th: Good friends and Baja flyfishing experts Gary and Yvonne Graham. Owners of the Orvis
endorsed Baja on the Fly, which provides guided flyfishing trips to Baja. Gary and Yvonne will discuss
the opportunities offered to anglers of all skill levels to improve their saltwater flyfishing techniques in Baja.
March 7th & 8th: Baja author Ann Hazard will be at the booth to sign her new Baja cook book Cooking
with Baja Magic, which contains over 175 mouth watering recipes from the enchanted kitchens,
restaurants and campfires of Baja. Stop by for a free sample of Ann's "Red Hot Flaming Peanuts."
